Meet the Founder

Felicia earned a bachelor of business administration degree, with a concentration in organizational leadership from The University of New Mexico, Anderson School of Business, and has a master’s of business administration degree from The University of Phoenix. She is also certified as a six sigma lean black belt professional.

She started her career as a human resources director and event coordinator for a large church. In 2010, she entered into a human resources director position for a private medical practice which launched her desire to work in healthcare. Over the past 13 years, she has worked as a director of operations for large healthcare companies and continues to pursue operations in healthcare.

Felicia is a native New Mexican and currently lives in Phoenix, AZ, where she enjoys hiking, reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two fur babies.
